Question of the Week: How important is goal setting in living a happy and balanced life?
The truth is, as much as you probably associate the term "goal setting" with boring adult stuff, you probably (hopefully) set goals without even thinking about it. In fact, when you made a plan last weekend to sit in your room playing Call of Duty and not leaving, eating or going to the bathroom until you reached 1000 kills, you were effectively setting a goal for yourself. Now, the next step is to evaluate the types of goals you're setting for yourself because ultimately, you want to live a happy, balanced and productive life, and in order to do that, you might have to leave your bedroom every now and again.
