Here are 5 essentials that you should know about developing a healthy sense of self-worth:
1. Be proud of who you are. Hold your head high & be confident (talk to yourself in the mirror like Stuart if that's what it takes).
2. Don't dwell. Sometimes things don't work out how you hoped or intended. Accept things as they are and move on.
3. Self-esteem is necessary in order to have good relationships. Poor self-esteem makes you an easy target for abusive friends.
4. Does it really matter what anyone else thinks? (We all know that it does, but should it?)
